This tiny seed is packed with anti-inflammatory plant based Omega-3 fatty acids . Omega-3 fatty acids also help balance hormones and are great for your skin and hair. 2-3 teaspoons tokhme sharbati - chia seeds
2 cups cold water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon rose water
A couple drops of fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice

Stir the sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water until fully dissolved or use a couple of tablespoons of the sugar syrup.

Combine the seeds, water and the dissolved sugar, refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the seeds to plump up.

Just add the rosewater and a few drops of lime juice. The drink is best served cold. You can always substitute sugar for honey. Enjoy!
