Falak Basmati Rice is the authentic flavor of Punjab and finest quality basmati rice grown in Pakistan. It is grown in the fertile soil of the Punjab and is watered by the rivers originating from the Himalayas. Each grain of FALAK is at least 7.4mm long and has its tips intact. It is milled it to a whiteness of 40 kett. After meeting with all the stringent quality specifications, it is aged for a period of over one year. The rice is then processed to become FALAK.
This rice is perfect ingredient for specific dishes such as Sholeh Zard, Shir Berenj and soups as the grain remains intact upon cooking and does not break apart. The length of Falak rice grains can be categorized as medium.
