Persian Basket ships within the USA including Alaska/Hawaii and Canada. FedEx and UPS do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses.
What shipping companies do you use?
Persian Basket uses FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on the products being ordered. We take great care in packaging your goods with each package being fully insured.
I would like to order refrigerated product ex. Labne, cheese etc. Can you ship refrigerated products?
Refrigerated Products: We recommend that all refrigerated items ship FedEx Next Day Air to ensure your products arrive in the best quality. If you would like expedited delivery on your package, please indicate your preference in our shopping cart.
How does your ground shipping work?
Persian Basket offers flat rate ground shipping on all orders and within the United States and Canada. If you would like expedited delivery on your package, please indicate your preference in our shopping cart.
Do you offer speedy shipping?
Any orders placed before 4:00 pm eastern standard time will be shipped out the same day. Order placed after 4:00 pm eastern standard time will be shipped out the next business day. All overnight delivery request must be submitted before 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time in order for your order to be shipped out same day
To avoid the weekend layover and minimize transit time we suggest you place your orders Monday-Friday, in which case they ship the following Monday.
All non-refrigerated order are shipped via UPS or USPS ground by default and
will take 1 to 4 business days to arrive. If expedited service is needed you can choose Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select. If you would like expedited delivery on your package, please indicate your preference in our shopping cart.
What if I received a damaged product?
At Persian Basket we strive to be the best online Persian and Middle Eastern grocery. All packages are fully insured and you will never be responsible for damaged product. Please call us within 2 days of receiving your goods. We take great pride in our goods and use the best packaging materials to ensure you receive your goods in great condition.
What is your return policy?
We want to hear from you! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. All we ask is the item is in its original condition. In most cases we will even pay for the shipping back to us. Because we are dealing with perishable products we require you call us within 2 days of receiving your product if you are not satisfied. Whether you want a refund, credit or discount we will do our very best to make sure your satisfied. If a refund is issued to your credit card please note that it will take 2-10 business days to post to your account.
Do you offer Wholesale on products?
Currently we do not offer wholesale on goods. However, we are currently working on building our wholesale department. In the meantime please email email@example.com to be placed on our wholesale list.
