Persians love the invorgating feeling and rich aroma of the Kalmi tea by the Gulabi company that has made the tea for Persian tastes since the 1320s. Remove sharpness and create a rounded flavor in the tea by add a small amount of hot water to the tea leaves then stirring and draining; after that pour the remaining hot water of the leaves for brewing.
