Organic Cinnamon Orange Mints - Les Anis de Flavigny
Les Anis de Flavigny has been making high quality Anis candies in France since 1591. Each mint has an Aniseed, not fennel or star anise, in the middle. Anise has a warm, spicy flavor and aromatic scent. To create the mint, Anise seeds are placed in pans with sugar syrup to become covered in layers of sugar that are smooth and round in a dregee process. Each layer takes time to harden and every candy takes 15 days to make!
