Selection Blend Ground Coffee - Cafe Najjar
Lebanese coffee is made from 100% Arabica coffee with a dark roast, fine grind and ground Cardamom flavoring. Lebanese coffee is prepared similar to Turkish coffee in preparation. The goal is to get maximum coffee flavor without over boiling. There should be a thick sediment on the bottom and a brown froth on the top.
Preparation
- Pour one small cup of cold water in the coffee pot. Add a teaspoonful of the ground coffee and stir.
- Heat the pot as slowly to prevent overboiling.
- When the coffee begins to boil, remove the Turkish Coffee Pot from the heat until foaming recedes
- Return the pot to heat and bring back to a boil three times.
