We make them looking season appropriate so we add more rose petal ones for valentine and maybe more pomegranates ones for Yalda night. Fresh pistachio kernels, freshly powdered pistachios, fresh ruby red pomegranates, blood red Khorasan barberries, hazelnuts, Bam dates, dried Kashan rose petals, cardamom seeds and vanilla extract are used to make these beauties.
