Ariston Balsamic Vinegar is made from the best Modena, Italy grapes including Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana, or Montuni grapes. The grape must is then fermented with Italian Red Wine Vinegar and figs to create this sweet Balsamic. The Balsamic is then matured and aged in oak barrels for smoothness and building flavor that only age can bring.
