All customers who have an account on our website are eligible to accrue points with every single dollar they spend on our website. Each dollar you spend equals one point. Our system keeps track of your reward points. You are able to see your points every time you log into your account. You can start using the points as you wish or you can let them accumulate since there is no expiration date for these reward points. Every fifty points you gain can be redeemed for one spending dollar which can go toward purchase of any items on our website. This reward program has been activated on April 5th 2022. Any purchase transaction completed prior to this date is not eligible for reward points. Every time you place an order, your order confirmation email shows how many points you have earned. These points will show up on your account and are visible anytime you log into your accounts. We do offer surprise reward points randomly to make your shopping experience on our website even more exciting and rewarding.

Rewards Program Policy

• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules.
• You can accrue points on all purchases completed while logged into your account.
• You do not accrue points for any purchases for which you used “guest check out”.
• No point will be issued retroactively.
• We do offer "surprise reward points" periodically and randomly. You will get an email to be notified if your account has received gift points. You will be able to see these points on your account every time you log into your account.
• You will earn one point for every dollar spent. Every time you log into your account, the reward points earned will show up in your account.
• Our system will keep track of your points automatically. Reward points and spending dollars earned will always show up in your account each time you log into your account.
• When you accumulate fifty reward points, you earn a dollar that can be spent on any products/services offered on our website as well as in our physical markets (*restrictions may apply).
• Rewards are non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
• At this point (year 2022), reward points do not expire if they are not spent.
• Points cannot be transferred between customers.
• Any returns or voids for items paid for with Loyalty points are not eligible for returned cash or credit.
• There is a 24hr grace period from accrual of points to redemption of points for the system to be able to reset itself.
