Studiyari Piknik Borek White Cheese contains 40% FDM (cheese talk for water percentage) for a creamy texture in this soft cheese. White Cheese has a milder taste, less salt and less crumbles than feta cheese. These qualities make white cheese pair well with tomatoes, avacados, Sabzi Khordan - Persian Herb Platter and of course fresh Persian Barbari bread.
The round tin packaging holds 4 round cheese blocks that makes beautiful presentation at parties on charcuterie boards. For easy serving, each block is already pre-cut to three slices as well.
