Conventionally, the paste is then spread out in thin layers and let to get sun dried. Now a days this product is produced in massive quantities and using industrial dehydration methods. Lavashak is now available in thin layers, bite sizes, thick layers, toffee size/shape pieces and even in lolly pop shape!
